Born and raised in Ontario, Canada, Bonnie learned to appreciate the beauty of nature at her family cottage near Perth, Ontario.  Her passion for natural alternatives to body care was instilled in her through a close relationship with her grandmother, Georgina, who grew up in rural Saskatchewan using simple, natural techniques for good health. Bonnie’s passion has subsequently led her to undertake a personal study of natural health, including the study of herbology and the many uses of herbs, plants and oils for skin care and overall health.

As a life long learner with both a Bachelors and Masters Degree in International Development and Political Science, Bonnie recognizes the profound impact that consumers have on the earth, and on people around the world. She is an advocate for corporate social responsibility, and through Georgina Naturals, Bonnie hopes to contribute to the growing number of businesses which aim to promote and utilize responsible business practices.  A strong believer in education and global awareness, Bonnie supports fair trade initiatives and strives to re-establish the lost connection between consumers and the origins of their products.
