Toby James’ sales and marketing experience combined with his ability to encourage dialogue through guided facilitation makes him an outstanding communicator for organizations and businesses.

 

After completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Guelph in 2005, Toby was hired as a Marketing Consultant for OzTREKK educational services, then worked at Responsive Marketing Group (now iMarketing), where he created focus groups for training, ran successful training workshops and engaged the caller agents to perform at optimal capability. Using both his fundraising and advertising experience, Toby became a sales representative with The Rideau Group in Perth, where he was responsible for maintaining more than 300 accounts with $5 million in annual sales. 

 

Toby joined the team at Cat’s Cove in 2017. He works with not-for-profit organizations and small business owners to help them get clarity on their communications and marketing plans and helps them set key performance indicators through clearly defined goals.
